6 Week Mindful Yoga COURSE
Enhance your mental and physical wellbeing by gently moving, relaxing and breathing.

Cost: £38 for the full course of 6 lessons (usual price £48) or £8 for a single drop-in session (usual price £9). Pay using the PayPal options below, or get in touch regarding bank transfer/cash.
About the course: The 6 week course is based on gentle yoga and you do not need any previous experience. Beginners and people of any age and ability are welcome. The sessions can be taken from a chair or a combination of chair and mat based practice. Ali can help you to adapt and modify every practice so that you can participate fully and work at your own pace in a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere. If you have already completed the NHS funded Yoga4Health course, this course is ideal for you too. If you have queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Ali.
Each enjoyable weekly session combines gentle yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness, as well as discussion. The sessions are designed as me-time, to enable you to move safely, relax, breathe and enhance your mental and physical wellbeing.
